New Web-Based Platform and Mobile App
BSB Online will get a major overhaul that will provide more features, convenience and most importantly, security.
The best part? The Mobile App will mirror the online banking platform for ease and convenience. So no more accessing your Online Banking through a browser on your phone or tablet. The Mobile App will look just like it but with the added convenience and security of Face ID and/or passcode to unlock.

What You Need To Know:

Bill Pay vendors and payments will not be affected

Your automatic Payments and Transfers will remain the same

What do I need to do before the December launch?
If you do not already have your own profile, you won’t be able to log into a 2FA protected profile that belongs to someone else after the change. Please create your own profile to avoid being affected when the new Digital Banking Suite is live.
Will I need to set up a new profile?
No, you don't need to re-enroll or set up a new profile. Almost all* of your information will automatically transfer, including:
- Your Username and Password
- Your Bill Pay Vendors and Payments
- Your Automatic Payments and Transfers
- Your e-Statements
*What won't automatically transfer over is your Account Alerts. If you have Alerts set up in your current online banking, you will need to set them up again once the new Digital Banking Suite is live.
What if I don't remember my username or password?
If you know your Username, you're able to change your Password, and will be able to after the upgrade. Simply choose "Forgot Password" and follow the on-screen instructions.
