BSB Online will get a major overhaul that will provide more features, convenience and most importantly, security.

 

The best part? BSB Mobile will mirror the online banking platform precisely for ease and convenience. So no more accessing your Online Banking through a browser on your phone or tablet. BSB Mobile will look just like it but with the added convenience of Face ID and/or passcode to unlock.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

A username and password just doesn't cut it anymore. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a more secure way to access your personal data by requiring two ways to verify yourself on a new device. If you've ever been asked to input a code that was sent to your email address or mobile phone, that was 2FA. Our online banking and mobile app will officially have 2FA to keep your information secure.

Secure Messaging through Conversations

Chat live with one of our customer service agents right when you need us! With our new Chat feature, we can help you, via Conversation, in the context of your unique situation. And because we have full assurance that users are authenticated, we can even transact on your behalf. And if you have a message to send after Chat hours are available, feel safe knowing any personal information regarding your account can be sent or received through our Secure Messaging feature.

Custom Tags, Notes and Attachments for Transactions

Add notes and upload images (such as receipts) to transactions. custom tags to your transactions and have the ability to filter for specific tags to see how you're spending is allocated. 
 
 
 
 

What You Need To Know:


  • Your username and password will stay the same

  • Bill Pay vendors and payments will not be affected

  • Your automatic Payments and Transfers will remain the same

  • Your e-statements will still be available

 
 
 

What do I need to do before the December launch?

CONFIRM your contact information [email address and mobile phone number] with a Bippus State Bank representative to ensure you receive the necessary updates and added features when they roll out!

CREATE separate profiles if you share a username and password with a spouse, family member, guardian, etc.  

If you do not already have your own profile, you won’t be able to log into a 2FA protected profile that belongs to someone else after the change.  Please create your own profile to avoid being affected when the new Digital Banking Suite is live.

 

Will I need to set up a new profile?

No, you don't need to re-enroll or set up a new profile. Almost all* of your information will automatically transfer, including:

  • Your Username and Password
  • Your Bill Pay Vendors and Payments
  • Your Automatic Payments and Transfers
  • Your e-Statements 

 

*What won't automatically transfer over is your Account Alerts. If you have Alerts set up in your current online banking, you will need to set them up again once the new Digital Banking Suite is live.


What if I don't remember my username or password?
If you know your Username, you're able to change your Password, and will be able to after the upgrade. Simply choose "Forgot Password" and follow the on-screen instructions.
