New Features

  • Password Self-Reset
    • Users can now perform password reset functions via the mobile app.
    • Users will be sent a security code that will be required to continue with the password reset process.
    • There are two ways in which a user can request a security code
      • Send me an email
      • Send me a text message
    • Established, on-file email addresses or mobile numbers are used to verify the request. 
    • Security codes are six digits and expire after 10 minutes.
    • Users are limited to three successful security code requests within a 24-hour period. 
    • After successfully inputting the code, users will be prompted to answer their established personal question. 
    • If the answer is validated, the user will be prompted to input a new password. 
  • Biometric Authentication
    • Users can now manually prompt for biometric authentication. A simple tap of the biometric login opens the prompt. Once tapped, end users will have the ability to use Touch ID, Face ID, or Android Fingerprint to login. 
  • Cash Management
    • Initiate ACH batches from your mobile device the same way that you initiate them within Online Banking.
