The Grow Wabash County Leadership Development Program recently celebrated its 25 graduates of the 2022-2023 cohort. This program is designed to help individuals who are passionate about serving their community develop the skills and knowledge they need to become effective leaders.
Of those 25 was Branch manager, Haley Bryant. Haley entered the program wanting to expand her leadership skills in order to better serve her customers and the community.
Bippus State Bank is fortunate to have Haley on our team to was willing to complete the program.
The program covers topics such as communication, strategic planning, team building, and community involvement. They also had the opportunity to meet local leaders and participated in hands-on projects that help them apply what they have learned.
The impact of the program is evident in the numerous success stories from past graduates. Many have gone on to take on leadership roles in their workplaces, volunteer organizations, and community initiative. The Grow Wabash County Leadership Development Program serves as an excellent example of how investing in leadership development can impact both the individual and communities. Congratulations to the 2022-2023 graduates and we look forward to seeing the impact they will make in the years to come!
