Bippus State Bank received two awards at the annual Mega Conference of the Indiana Bankers Association (IBA) in downtown Indianapolis. First, on Tuesday, May 12th, BSB President, Ryan Warner, was presented with a Five Star Member Award. The bank earned the award in recognition of its commitment to the IBA in areas of political awareness, issues advocacy, life-long learning, volunteerism, and Preferred Service

Provider utilization. Then on Wednesday, May 13th, BSB Marketing Officer, Erin Carter, won a MAXI Award. MAXI Awards are presented annually to IBA-member institutions to recognize bank marketing excellence in Indiana. Bippus State Bank won the award in the category of Single Piece for their "Just Like You" themed Ag direct mail piece. Since 2008, BSB has won a total of 10 MAXI Awards. Both awards were presented to Bippus State Bank by the Indiana Bankers Association President and CEO, S Joe DeHaven.
The Indiana Bankers Association supports banking through issues analysis, professional education, and products and services that enhance financial institutions' ability to serve their communities. Held at the Indiana Convention Center, the IBA's Mega Conference is the largest state-sponsored banking event in the nation. The event spans over 72 hours and provides networking, education, and skill-building to bankers from all over the state. Seven employees from Bippus State Bank attended this year's "Mission Possible" themed conference.
