Bippus State Bank 2019 Promotions and New Hires

Adam Fusselman has been promoted to Senior Vice President. He has been with the bank for 12 years as head of Mortgage Lending. Fusselman is a board member to the Youth Services Bureau, Kiwanis of Huntington and Heartland REMC. He is a graduate of the International Business College.

 

Billy Winter has been promoted to Senior Vice President. He has been with the bank for 13 years, serving as a credit analyst and a commercial lender. Winter is a graduate of Ball State University. He is a member of the Huntington Rotary Club, Advisory Board Member of the IBA’s Future Leadership Division, and Board Member of Junior Achievement of Huntington County.

 

Danielle Shaw has been promoted to senior vice president, retail banking. She has been with the bank for 3 years and has 12 years of banking experience. Shaw is a graduate of Huntington University and earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

 

Andrew Rensberger has started at the bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He spent the last ten years working for both the federal and municipal government. Rensberger is currently serving in the community as a board member for the Huntington County United Way and Love INC (a local non-profit organization) and is a graduate of Huntington University.

 

Stacy Wiley has joined the bank as Controller and Operations Manager. She has an extensive background with eight years of experience in banking and 11 in accounting. She is a graduate of Indiana University Fort Wayne.

 

Annette Curton will join the bank December 1st as the BSA and Compliance Officer.  She has over 20 years of banking experience, 12 of which have been dedicated to BSA, CRA, and Compliance as a Vice President and Director of Compliance. Curton has served on the IBA Compliance Committee, IMBA Working Group, Greater Northern Indiana CRA Council and the Federal Registration Working Group of Conference of State Bank Supervisors, Washington, D.C. Curton attended Oakland Community College and is a graduate of the Institute of Certified Bankers.

 

Jillian El-Hussein has joined the Mortgage Lending team as a Residential Loan Processor. She has been with the bank three years, her prior role being an Electronic Service Representative.

 

Kim Surber has joined the Mortgage team as a Mortgage Loan Administrator after a year at the bank. She was first hired as a Customer Service Representative.

 

Stacie Betterly has joined the bank as a part-time service associate at the main office.
